  • Professionalism and diplomacy with all levels of the organization
  • Acts as a thought partner to CKA and specialty business line managers (e.g., Partners, Global Practice Management Directors, Knowledge Business Directors and Knowledge Expert – Team Mgrs) on HR matters (e.g., recruiting strategy, contracts, transfers, LoAs etc.) and location strategy
  • Works with the Center of Excellence to develop and executes recruiting strategy for getting the best possible talent for all seniority levels and cohorts in all relevant markets
  • Sets local compensation – involving Global Compensation/Local HR on an as-needed basis – performs periodic benchmarking to ensure compensation is in line with market
  • Oversees, apprentices and manages the team of Regional HR Operations Managers and Assistants (currently team of 4)
