  • Drive adoption, optimization and full utilization of all recruitment technology by Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners. Efforts include facilitating on-going training, communication and education on system operations, upgrades and enhancements
  • Collaborates closely with HRIS on integrating recruiting systems/technologies with the broader HR technology roadmap, coordinated project management of implementations & upgrade
  • Partners with HRIS to develop Recruiting Dashboard and reports for business leaders and HR/Recruiting teams
  • Monitor and track talent acquisition budget to ensure that resources and cost are being managed
  • Develop training programs and tools to enable ease-of-use by talent acquisition team for all technology
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to optimize the talent acquisition business process
  • Manage third party vendor relationships, define and measure success based upon metrics and deliverables
