Responsibilities For Human Resources Partner, Shared Team Resume

  • Maintain the early career top talent pipeline by partnering with the business on company initiatives such as college recruitment, Sales Trainee program
  • As Human Resources representatives participate in committees as required such as Health & Safety, Accident Review and the corporate/regional Social Committees to promote partnership with the business, safety and wellness programs
  • Deliver HR programs, solutions, and support on both the team-wide and individual level for assigned business teams, consisting of approximately 300 employees
  • Applies conceptual knowledge of basic professional HR processes to execute HR programs and respond to First Line Manager inquiries
