  • Maintain the early career top talent pipeline by partnering with the business on company initiatives such as college recruitment, Sales Trainee program
  • As Human Resources representatives participate in committees as required such as Health & Safety, Accident Review and the corporate/regional Social Committees to promote partnership with the business, safety and wellness programs
  • Deliver HR programs, solutions, and support on both the team-wide and individual level for assigned business teams, consisting of approximately 300 employees
  • Applies conceptual knowledge of basic professional HR processes to execute HR programs and respond to First Line Manager inquiries
  • Recognizes challenges and opportunity for improvement relative to the execution of HR programs and provides feedback to program owners for resolution
  • Accountable for accuracy of information and data provided to other HR professionals and management on standard HR programs
  • Act as an advisor to Managers on issues relating to policy interpretation and employee relations providing coaching techniques and developing performance improvement plans
  • Provide a consultative approach for business teams and individual employees that applies HR knowledge, business knowledge, precedence, and terrific intuition to diagnose and provide creative HR solutions that align with the business teams’ and Red Ventures’ people and operational goals
  • Provide expertise and one-on-one employee support in the following areas: performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, leadership coaching, compensation, learning and development and organizational development
