  • Assists clients with developing recruitment strategies including review of all open positions and job descriptions, developing a search and advertising plan, identifying recruitment sources and developing an appropriate compensation package for the finalist
  • Provides advice on proposed new positions and current position restructures and assists in obtaining necessary approvals
  • Supports the HRD with faculty recruitment and onboarding
  • In collaboration with the HRBM and HRD develops recruiting strategies for campuses in Italy and China
  • Consults with HRBM, HRD, and/or General Counsel’s office to address employee relations support in in Italy and China
