  • Assess local market conditions, competitive issues and opportunities, and prepare recommendations as needed for Unilever response
  • Manage and coordinate Unilever resources to maximize effectiveness on assigned market performance to include Trade Marketing, Category Management, Consumer Insight, Supply Chain and Shopper Marketing
  • Guide ASM Partners on delivering spending efficiencies (ROI), strategies to managing spend within a Region, and AMPS Plan reconciliation as well as ensure all resources are available to the ASM Partners
  • Manage relationship with internal Category Management Associate to accomplish agreed upon goals. Ensure everyone understands their role on the team
  • Delegate work to ASMs, BDMs, CDMs, and Administrators where appropriate
