Responsibilities For Biotechnician, New Product Introduction Resume

  • Leads an engineering team to deliver high quality technical deliverables on time. Maintains a culture of accountability. Provides technical advice and guidance to this team. Creates opportunities for growth and development and improves employee satisfaction, product expertise, etc
  • Utilizes EBS tools and processes to drive predictive performance on Airframe Fuel Pumps and Valve product development activities. Practices industry best practice processes and tools for engineering tasks. Monitors team to assure adherence to defined processes
  • Leads execution of New Product Introduction activities leveraging ACES and ProLaunch processes, methodologies, and deliverables across the Airframe Fuel Pumps and Valves engineering function
  • Assigns and Manages NPI resources to ensure productivity, on-time delivery and first-pass quality of engineered products and deliverables. Monitors key engineering metrics and implements improvements accordingly
  • Develops and fosters close professional relationships with customers and industry partners supporting proposal and new product development activities through completion of product qualification and introduction to production
  • Leads proposal efforts including generation of Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) estimates, Bills of Material for Recurring Cost (RC) estimates, and Capital Acquisition Requests for Airframe Fuel Pumps and Valves products
  • Strong time management skills are required to be able to drive successful outcomes to meet project deadlines
