  • Ensure the VPAs agreed are well understood and executed in time, delivered the key objectives and feedback to the management
  • Accountable for Forecast Management (ramp assumptions, capacity model, Penetration & Defense status, evaluation shipment and acceptance, risk/upside to the committed forecast, etc)
  • Regularly visit communities in the field to work with sales team providing intensive and on-going coaching, training and feedback. Inspect the sales office and communities for improvement opportunities
  • Develops and implements an effective sales strategy, in alignment with Sales Effectiveness while working closely with Sr. Manager, Market Planning and other MSA and Group Management personnel
  • Coordinating engineering and sales support activities to facilitate offering and supporting quality products and services
  • Promoting team selling and expansion of existing relationships across divisions and/or geographic areas
