  • Build defined project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop all processes and procedures for rollout and ongoing support
  • Lead improvement initiatives to streamline on-boarding processes and automate manual tasks
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to better leverage technology to streamline new hire & mobility activities, communications and tracking
  • Define and track key performance indicators – develop metrics and service level agreements for programs and projects, track delivery against objectives
  • Prepare status reports and metrics for HR programs
  • Support execution of additional HR programs and processes as appropriate
