Responsibilities For Coordinator for Diversity Resume

  • Co-advise culturally based student clubs and organizations about program development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Perform Administrative functions of the Student Diversity & Inclusion office. Responsibilities include but not limited to, phone services, appointment scheduling, event and meeting scheduling, scheduling student workers, ordering supplies for the office, managing and maintaining the Student Diversity & Inclusion Lounge
  • Oversight and coordinate all student professional societies and affinity groups associated with the department such as Network of Women (NOW) and Men’s Group. Responsibilities include but not limited to, budget management, chairing weekly meetings and providing guidelines for D& I programming

  • Organize and oversee the Knightbus. Responsibilities include, developing and implementing and advertising campaign to promote the Knightbus, reserving all buses, managing student payments, organizing chaperones and creating a communication plan
  • Oversee all student workers and interns. Responsibilities include but not limited to overseeing work schedules, approving timecards, and managing daily projects and assignments

  • Assist the Director of D&I with running and facilitating D&I trainings and workshops for the campus community
  • Provide referral services to students by being a knowledge base of resources and services available on campus and in the surrounding community
  • Provide on-going coordination and oversight of programs and activities designed to grow the inter-personal, inter-cultural competencies for Clarkson students, including on and off campus events, D&I activities etc
