  • Develop, motivate and lead payroll team and ensures the team goals support the Company’s vision and mission
  • Involvement with special projects - e.g., new system implementation, etc
  • Manage relationships with third party software vendors, and ensure company standards are followed in the maintenance of software
  • Lead initiatives to identify, plan and implement key business improvements that incorporate necessary governance, processes, measurements, communication and reporting to sustain efforts as it relates to HR systems and processes, measurements, communication and reporting to sustain efforts as it relates to HR systems and processes
  • Partner and collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and other functional areas to leverage Payroll processes and/or systems in achieving organizational objectives and strategic alignment
