Work with managers to implement proactive employee relations and employee engagement initiatives. Counsel employees and managers as needed
  • Leave Management: Manage employee absences and leaves tracking (absences, emergency vacation, STD, FMLA, parental, bereavement, etc.), timekeeping database management and condcut reguular audits
  • Employee engagement: Coordinate and manage employee programs and celebrations including service awards, retirements, team buildings, and Live Better activities and other local site celebrations, and other communications
  • Leave Management and Payroll: Manage employee absences and leaves tracking (absences, STD, FMLA, parental, bereavement, etc.), timekeeping database management and conduct regular audits
  • Timely processing of employee transactions including but not limited to hires, terminations, title changes, pay increases, transfers
  • Audit new hire information records for accuracy; including position, compensation, and personal information
  • Accurate data entry of new hire and position information
