Responsibilities For Graduate Student Services Coordinator Resume

  • Works with Educational Support Services (ESS) staff in screening potential program participants to determine eligibility, utilizing the KSIS database. Promotes the ESS Program to campus organizations and at campus events. Works with other ESS staff to identify potential new ESS students during the new student orientation and enrollment in June
  • Coordinates the ESS Academic Intervention Program each semester to include identifying, notifying, meeting with, and monitoring ESS-eligible students who are on academic warning
  • Works with enrollment services departments (e.g., Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid) to enhance the administration and coordination of services for students enrolled in Extended Education programs. Identifies issues, recommends, and implements solutions to problems and changes in program procedures
  • Assigns tasks and projects to student assistants when needed
  • Develop and oversee programs and activities that align with INTO Suffolk University learning outcomes, using strategic campus and community partnerships where possible
  • Ensure involvement of INTO Suffolk University students by working closely with the Suffolk International Progra-ms- International Center and the International Student Council
  • Onboarding of new students, ensuring they are set up with Gonzaga accounts, are familiar with the online learning platform and are registered for classes
  • Provide accurate and detailed advice to prospective students enquiring about Kaplan programs and close sales to ensure monthly and annual targets are met
  • Develop knowledge of proprietary systems (salesforce CRM/ CLASS) to ensure swift and accurate processing of leads and enrollments
