  • Partner with other Talent Acquisition team members to align qualified candidates with appropriate positions and work with them through BSC’s hiring process
  • Coach Hiring Supervisors and coordinate selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions
  • Keep HR Business Partners and Hiring Supervisors updated as appropriate while effectively interacting with all levels of employees, answering questions and providing information
  • Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the talent acquisition process, policies and strategy. Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards
  • Represent Talent Acquisition and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives around direct labor hiring
