  • Manage all deliverables to develop and implement an Employee Cost Planning tool for Latin Center locations, including assessment on existing tool design and assist on its configuration improvement to enable its deployment in other regions. Working closely with other Payroll Specialists within Payroll to identify and adapt the tool’s variables for each location’ exceptionality
  • Relevant experience analyzing software and systems' performance, providing technical administration support to resolve problems with hardware and software applications, assisting in special project requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, specification/design document and project plan creation. Test/test scenario creation and providing training to non- technical users
