  • Develop, optimize and embed tools and approaches that continuously improve the effectiveness of R&D capabilities, processes and standards
  • Proactively provide technical assistance to factory personnel for successful scale-up and launch, working with outside consultants, suppliers and testing laboratories as needed
  • Help coordinate and direct task activities of staff Technicians and/or more junior Developer(s) assigned to same project
  • Effectively communicate and document research protocols and conclusions for peer understanding, while proactively managing Regulatory and Intellectual Property guidelines
  • Lead special projects or tasks assigned by overall project leader, direct manager, or other member of senior leadership team
  • Build upon project management and technical development skills through project experience, training, and mentoring. Responsible for review of progress and development strategies with manager and subject matter experts
