Responsibilities For Regional Recruiter SE Michigan Resume

  • Proven track record in hiring at volume (carrying at least 15-20 reqs at any one time)
  • Utilize metrics analysis to show turnover, retention, etc
  • Generate a flow of appropriate resumes/candidates, profile/pre-qualify, interview and follow-up with the hiring manager on potential fit of those candidates who meet their job requirements and preferences
  • Prepare correspondence and presentations
  • Experience direct involvement with key employment functions in a recruitment or management role, preferably in a healthcare setting and/or union environment
  • Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recommending candidates to fill open positions, and hard to fill positions within the business groups. This includes both entry-level college recruiting and experienced recruiting
