  • Prepares budgets and operational forecasts, in coordination with the Director of SEEDS
  • Prepares and/or oversees the preparation of all expenditure documents, such as expense reports, interdepartmental requisitions, PO’s, work orders, check requisitions, etc
  • In charge of developing and distributing all Student Welcome letters for incoming students; including online and on-campus
  • Responsible for all program scheduling for the Office of Professional Advancement, including but not limited to, online and on-campus programs
  • Responsible for accuracy, timeliness and compliance with program and university policies and procedures

Responsibilities For Public Policy Manager, Programs Resume

  • Prepares all faculty assignments based on faculty availability and teaching preference. Reviews all assignments for accuracy before submission and distribution. Maintains database for all signed assignments
  • Serves a liaison for all lead Instructors, Part –Time instructors, current students, and alumni
  • Organizes agenda for faculty meetings for all programs under the Office of Professional Advancement
  • Responsible for direct customer service, interfacing with other departments to identify and resolve challenges to delivery of quality customer service and/or management information
  • In charge of reviewing and updating content and information on the OPA website, including start dates, schedules, faculty information, Q&A section, and course information
  • Meets with Assistant Director on a weekly basis to review program accuracy, student success, retention, and evaluations
