Responsibilities For Ideas Manager, Marketing Operations Resume

  • Resolve technical challenges for iTRAC users
  • Trouble-shoot bottlenecks in workflow
  • Execute special projects as required by management
  • Project Manage regional Eloqua campaign requests from intake to activation - Manage a plan of record for campaign execution and delivery
  • Manage all planning with regional marketing leader(s) to ensure a complete calendar and roadmaps are created for each month/quarter, outlining planned activities/campaigns
  • Manage workload balance across internal and external resources to ensure even distribution of work
