  • Source and partner with Procurement team, asset, and broker-based carriers, third-party logistics carriers, as well as Less than Truckload (LTLs) to meet transportation goals and budgets
  • Adjust shipment pick-up times/dates to support operational capabilities
  • Manage all tractor trailer equipment rental agreements
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Factory Distribution Center (FDC) and Global Supply Chain Management
  • Gather and assemble large amounts of data from multiple sources and perform detailed analyses to drive improvement
  • Lead strategic projects and consult on the International best approach on issues with alternative solutions
  • Identify root cause of issues and put steps in place for resolution
  • Answer elevated International issues and concerns from process partners
  • Act as administrator for Whirlpool’s vendor management inventory warehouse
