  • Resolve all employees issues relative to discrepancies in hourly pay rate, hours worked or how hours are disseminated according to appropriate pay practice. Resolve hourly employee issues related to changes in bank accounts, W4’s, L4’s, requests for W2's, or sick pay data for insurance purposes
  • Analyze and resolve payroll issues related to tax, general accounting, regulatory requirements, benefits, time reporting, and labor agreement matters
  • Create and give presentations
  • Proactively assess needs of the payroll department - Identify, analyze, and recommend business processes, and system enhancements for continuous improvement of the payroll process
  • Develop, run, and review audit reports to ensure accuracy of payroll data
