Responsibilities For Digital It-launch & Commercial Excellence Resume

  • Integrates with operational and commercial managers to continuously improve the quality and relevance of the analytics and tools developed
  • Reports into the EMEA Commercial Excellence Manager
  • Analyze and interpret data from multiple data sources to synthesize insights and recommendations to support the development of commercial strategies
  • Supports development of scorecards for all commercial teams
  • Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced formulas, pivot tables, V-Lookups), PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Provide product management support for selected products, e.g. repositioning an existing product line to experience the 4 P's in real-life, supporting brand launches or repositioning
  • Support the successful deployment and execution of funnel management within LMS (including SFDC change and dashboard management)
  • Support the end-to-end funnel management so that we identify the major gaps vs. plan, drive them to root cause, develop counter measures, and close the gap to plan
  • Help identify best practices both in LMS and other OpCos and leverage them across the LMS teams
