  • Operationalize and manage the overall event delivery in the resort. Day-to-day project management with different stakeholders (include but not limit to entertainment, merchandise, food & beverage, hotel, operations)
  • Inform market activation, and support in-park and in-market events requested by communication teams and other units (e.g. Magic Access event)
  • Consolidate business strategy, creative, communication, and operation plan, and deploy to working level across organization to ensure execution excellence and that the final experience to guests adhere to aligned objective
  • Evaluate guest experience, business results and consolidate feedbacks from different team to influence future product development. Track competitive offerings in the region
