  • Providing direction to drive Barclays approach to identifying and managing risk throughout the supply chain, globally. Setting priorities for risk identification and management, including leverage of external networks to identify new and emerging issues and planning Barclays firm-wide responses
  • Moving Barclays from a culture of reactive to proactive risk management, exploring leading edge risk management techniques and technologies to ensure that Barclays supplier risk management framework remains recognised as best in class
  • Operating the control frameworks required to manage key risks associated with the engagement all external and internal suppliers to Barclays globally. This includes implementing and adhering to procedures, standards, best practice guidelines and tools that meet all regulatory requirements globally
  • Identifying and advising Senior Management on emerging risks impacting the Barclays organisation. Designing, advising and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies, including delivery of remediation plans
