  • Ensures proper operation and maintenance of the Utility Plants, including the central utility plant, the satellite utility plants and the industrial waste water treatment plant
  • Monitors operations in the utility plants and ensures operators follow established procedures. Evaluates work product and ensures Fluor quality standards are met. Takes corrective action to resolve problems
  • Uses manufacturer’s data and design documentation to establish detailed operational procedures to ensure reliable plant operation
  • Coordinates maintenance work to ensure minimal impact on operations
  • Mentors and assists with training of Utility Plant Operators. Promotes MTT training and conducts hands-on assessments for assigned MTT courses based on areas of expertise
