  • Ensure policies are communicated and administered consistently
  • Directs the daily operation of the Regional business office (RBO) to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all areas of responsibility including the handling of monies
  • Recruits, hires and supervises RBO staff in addition to developing and attaining performance goals and objectives. Evaluates performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions
  • Implements Policies and Procedures to maximize efficiency. Ensures compliance with appropriate industry regulations
  • Balances all accounts; sees that delinquent accounts are followed up
  • Manages and implements programs to improve processes and efficiencies, resulting in quantifiable, reduced costs as a result of efficiencies attained through revenue cycle analysis and implementation
  • Analyzes and resolves revenue cycle issues associated with all professional accounts receivable while insuring annual cash flow and appropriate collection ratios
