Responsibilities For Email Retention Marketing Manager Resume

  • Collaborate with Growth and Integrated Marketing teams on promotional strategy with an eye on retention impacts from acquisition sources
  • Understand the product conversion and engagement funnel; use data to design marketing campaigns to influence the funnel metrics and key actions
  • Maintain email best practices with respect to browser/client compatibility, email deliverability, appearance of subject lines, use of images etc
  • Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance (e.g. CAN-SPAM)
  • Act as quality assurance checkpoint for all programs and campaigns as needed
