  • Create and update the Imaginariumʻs patron’s list. Maintain communication with patrons via electronic and/or hard copy mailings to publicize upcoming events and activities
  • Serve as point of contact to coordinate rental of facility (Imaginarium, AEL) with other campus units. Respond to and provide timely information to requestor regarding rental agreement, fees, allowable activities, restrictions, etc
  • Secure appropriate approvals for facility use, and follow up on outstanding invoices for schools and other Imaginarium/AEL users
  • Create record and standard documentation for all Imaginarium shows and events. Maintain data for annual program review (i.e., facility usage, performance attendance, etc.)
  • Assist with the purchase of supplies and equipment for the Imaginarium
  • Maintain inventory of facility furniture and equipment. Record and report need for equipment repair to supervisor
  • Assists daily supervisor with fiscal transactions and budget accounting related to Imaginarium usage. Complies with fiscal reporting requirements on all aspects of the Imaginarium’s operations on a timely basis
  • Assists daily supervisor in implementing fundraising projects and writing proposals for outside funding via grants
