- Deliver specific business focused Performance Reporting support and provide timely and accurate Management Information to the Business, Functions and Finance organisation assigned to the role
- Work with the manager and broader Group FP&A team to develop additional capabilities and efficiencies in monitoring the Group’s performance against expectations
- Strong ability to prioritise deliverables under pressure
- Great attitude with a keen interest to understand and add value to the finance function
- Advanced ability to efficiently collect data from multiple sources, analyze and support composite metrics to produce meaningful and presentable reports

- Competency with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products required
- Extremely organized, diligent, detail‐oriented and self‐motivated
- Fluent English and Polish knowledge
- Deep experience building interactive visualization dashboards and complex static reports that are insightful yet concise leveraging tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Oracle OBIEE and/or Excel
- Demonstrated strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely with varied audiences including Investments, Risk, IT and levels within the organization, both verbally and in writing
