Responsibilities For Tax Manager, International Tax Services Resume

  • Assist with special tax projects as assigned
  • Interface with outside tax advisors
  • Manage international income tax compliance - US Reporting. This includes managing preparation, review and filing of Forms 5471’s and 8858’s as well as Form 5713 and Form 1118 FTC. Review calculations for deemed income including: Subpart F, Sec 78 gross-up, Sec 956, Sec 987, Sec 988. Manage current & cumulative E&P & tax pools. Provide guidance over FBAR and FATCA processes
  • Advise multinational enterprises on tax planning decisions, including helping our clients anticipate and understand the potential short- and long-term considerations and consequences of tax planning decisions at a global level, in the context of their wider business objectives and taking into account a multinational's tax risk profile, global effective tax rate, and cash posture
