  • Reviews all supporting documentation to determine entity’s ability to enter into loan agreement and pledge collateral, required authorized signers, appraisal and environmental results
  • Reviews and interprets credit approval information to determine required supporting documentation including appraisals, environmental reports, organizational documentation, certificates of good standing, UCC reports, and preliminary title reports. Ensures all pre and post-closing conditions are met
  • Ensure receipt of a full financial package for all key principal(s)/ sponsor(s)/signer(s) to Underwriter’s satisfaction. Ensure minimal financial packages on beneficial ownership 25% or greater

Responsibilities For Consumer Loan Administrator Resume

  • Prepare and follow up on SNDA’s and Estoppels if applicable
  • Ensure all general practices performed comply with the Bank’s policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer service and maintain a satisfactory inspection rating
  • Assist in the maintenance of the department diary system
  • Assist: Organize e-files for Sr. SBA Loan Administrators, order flood certificate(s), order and review IRS transcripts, open title and escrow when necessary and order and review insurance
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare SBA loan documentation (submission and closing documents) to reflect approved loan terms and consistency with SBA and Bank Policy and Procedures for new loans and renewals as well as compliance with governing regulatory authorities
