Responsibilities For Manager, Health & Wellness Benefits Resume

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate wellness and health care reform, and constantly stay abreast of new trends and opportunities for future growth
  • Works closely with Director of Sales and Marketing to actively promote the Club to new members to drive new member sales. Provides tours of the facility to new members and shares details on all programs. Assures that each new member receives an orientation to the Health and Wellness Facility
  • Prepares and monitors annual budget, revenue goals and expenses for the Health and Wellness Facility as well as generating various (weekly, monthly, etc.) business volume forecasts and planning accordingly, including development of class and program fees and monitoring trends in our competitive set
  • Ensures a comprehensive and dynamic schedule of classes and programs is offered for members of all ages, abilities and skill levels. Monitors all classes, programs, and special events and helps when necessary
  • Generates ideas to improve and expand current programs and offerings and continually research opportunities to increase member involvement and increase revenue
  • Provides social media and website content to General Manager and/or Director of Communications to promote activities and the social environment of the Health and Wellness Facility
  • Develops and promotes Health and Wellness services and programs to include Physical Therapy, Wellness Checks, Diet and Nutrition
  • Implements policies and procedures for the Health and Wellness Facility, including compliance of all company standards relating to quality of products and services
