Responsibilities For Division Administrator Resume

  • Provides administrative support to the Division Director, faculty and fellows/residents on developing and monitoring workload and revenue indicators (i.e., discharges, length of stay, denials, outpatient referrals, etc.). Analyzes data and recommendations to the Chair

  • Organizes a communication mechanism for all faculty and staff in the Division such as email or fax
  • In conjunction with the Division Director, develops and implements strategic plans for the recruitment of faculty in areas targeted for growth jointly with Tisch hospital. Develops a business plan for review and approval by the Division Director and Tisch Hospital and coordinates development of the offer letter
  • Provides administrative management support to the Division Director and leadership faculty in the recruitment of new faculty. Oversees the administrative services provided to all faculty within the department
