  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Pharmacy and Chief Medical Officer/Medical Directors to identify, develop, and implement new pharmacy management opportunities that improve the health of our members and help moderate trend
  • Lead ongoing implementation and maintenance of clinically appropriate and cost effective programs to help control the escalating costs of pharmaceuticals and utilization rates across all lines of business. Evaluate programs after implementation to ensure corporate objectives are met and identify areas of simplification for consumers
  • Lead Medicare Part D program components to include, but not limited to, formulary administration, clinical program management, PBM oversight, issue resolution and rejected claim review. Ensure pharmacy program compliance to meet or exceed CMS requirements and best practice recommendations.
  • Lead and motivate the Pharmacy Operations Prior Authorization team through ongoing performance management, training and development
