  • Demonstrated 2 years’ record in managing and supervising a team
  • Professional Qualification in Banking is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and give guidance and instruction to the subordinate towards achieving the team's goals
  • Review and issue documentation such as operation manual and RFS due to VE, system enhancement or new product launch
  • Perform quality assessments of KYC information to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Independently assess AML quality associated with approved KYC records
  • Clearly articulate key findings to KYC Officers and other business partners
  • Provide feedback to business partners on interpretation of quality performance metrics and recommend performance actions as needed
