  • Identify, assess, manage, and provide advice on commercial risks facing the business
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and international tenders, RPFs, contracts, licenses, and other business agreements
  • Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, contractual processes and policies, and contract management
