  • Schedule, coordinate and develop new clinical offerings and on-going staff in-services as needed.
  • Maintain education/training files through manual or electronic methods.
  • Develop and maintain a Clinical Preceptor/ Mentoring Program
  • Leads and/or supports business/systems migrations and new office openings by developing training plan, agendas/schedules, developing/customizing content, delivering training and mentoring staff, including COE and special projects
  • Create training materials such as training guides, job aids and online documentation using the Standards of Technical Writing and Beacon Training Style Guide
