- Negotiate, agree and monitor new and used car targets and performance, including allocation of production/used car purchases and buying, monitoring performance through KPIs – sales vs target, market share, aged stock, stock turn, stock
- Ensure robust lead, enquiry management and CRM processes are in place and monitor sales and customer satisfaction performance through KPIs – areas of focus to include enquiry levels, test drives (demonstrators), handover, follow-up, retention and CSI
