- Performs preventative maintenance, testing and calibrations on laboratory equipment (incubators, centrifuges, water systems, LN2 tanks, BSC, etc.), electrical safety testing and qualifying ISO 5 and 7 clean room environments
- Ensures all preventative maintenance whether performed internally or by contracted vendor is completed in a timely manner and in line with CMCF standard operating procedures
- Maintains legible, accurate and complete records of preventative maintenance and repairs
- Perform pre-acceptance inspections and develop PM procedures on newly purchased equipment; maintains files on procedures and manuals
- Prepares and ships equipment for repair, if necessary
