  • Process credit applications and approve credit terms
  • Employment and payroll related functions
  • Serve as the liaison with the Departmental IT group to coordinate the ordering, and deployment of all computers peripherals and software. Assist in management/coordination of space utilization and equipment inventory and maintenance
  • Prepare and maintain a wide variety of financial reports, including monthly cash flow
  • Assist with development and preparation of annual division budget
  • Assist Business Manager in preparation of information needed for the monthly financial close, budgeting, forecasting and submission of information to the Corporate office by stated deadlines
