  • Securities operations or accounting experience in the investment administration area of a financial industry firm with particular emphasis in corporate actions, systems enhancement, and derivatives valuation

  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Especially MS Excel)
  • Ensure that all assumptions and limitations are understood, documented and approved for all IPV and Reserve policies
  • Execute infrastructure changes with regards to implementation of new or revised IPV or Fair Value policy changes and ensure that changes are executed in accordance with Capital Markets Risk Management change control procedures and EUC standards
  • Build customized valuation and feasibility models
  • Research on economic, industry, and market trends
  • Perform and maintain appropriate and professional client contact with CEOs, presidents, COOs, CFOs, controllers, accounting and finance teams, and legal counsel; including attending and participating in management interviews, other client or client preparation meetings
