  • Partner with Total Rewards Leader to manage all Compensation practices and programs
  • Develop 'value-add' analysis and partner with our People team leadership to define and analyze key success metrics, measure efficiency, and inform the best possible business decisions
  • Develop accurate, timely and efficient reports on performance and trends
  • Lead the annual benefits survey process to ensure timely identification, selection, and participation of surveys. Analyze and present survey results to HR leadership in support of benefit benchmarking, plan design changes, and wellness efforts
  • Provide plan metric support for the different benefits programs to reflect the financial health of plans, highlight important member usage and claims trends to be used in supporting plan changes, wellness initiatives, and participant communciations
  • Analyze benefits and compensation budgets on a monthly basis to ensure all charges are reflected accurately, provide the Director with updates on actual spend to plan, and forecast remaining budgetary needs for the year. Lead efforts to build the next year’s budget during the budgeting process
