  • Ensures that comprehensive records or catalogue of Third Party arrangements are kept within Vista, including SLA’s on behalf of IB Division and all program related documentation, including due diligences conducted of third party arrangements
  • Ensure that proper documentation for new and existing third party relationships is properly completed and retained. This includes, but is not limited to, risk assessment forms, contracts, insurance documentation, SSAE16s, financials, Attestations of PCI Compliance, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity plans etc
  • Maintain, revise & update policies and procedures to ensure that third party relationships are properly managed throughout their lifecycle, including the due diligence and periodic review phases
  • Creative and innovative conceptualization skills

  • Lead forecasting cycles (Plan, Update, LRP, LBE’s) for the TPM function
