  • Monitors facility security standards and makes recommendations to the OLAR Director in assigned area of responsibility. Communicates security standards to animal resources technical staff. Informs supervisor of security breaches or related problems
  • Develops priorities and sets goals in assigned areas of responsibility consistent with organizational goals and develops effective action plans for their achievement. Conducts meetings with animal resources technical staff to facilitate attainment of work group objectives
  • Review visit calendars to ensure appropriate utilization of services and the assignment of service codes. Review the patient’s plan of care to ensure it is individualized, appropriate, and adheres to the Healing Pathway recommended frequency
