  • Plans, develops and implements procedures and workflows which result in the expedient processing of organizational requests and responses in accordance with existing policies and procedures
  • Prepares strategic briefs, reports, policy statements, correspondence and internal memoranda on behalf of the Chief of the Security; screens requests for consistency with agreed strategies
  • Assigns items for action within the SSS and cooperates and supports SSS operational managers for the implementation of measures aimed at meeting the highest level of safety during the implementation of the projects
  • Operates metal detectors and conducts appropriate searches when directed to do so
  • Receives and directs incoming internal and external telephone calls
