  • Manage opportunities and funnel using applicable CRM sales funnel tools and reports for their products/solutions/services in their assigned strategic accounts and territory
  • Negotiate ‘win-win’ business outcomes
  • Oversee the product claims / complaint resolution process
  • Account Penetration -Penetrate all levels of the customer in order to grow the accounts’ and Tom’s business in a profitable manner
  • Plan & present programs, which are mutually profitable for Tom’s and the account
  • Merchandising/Selling Tom’s of Maine - Align Tom’s strengths with customers’ vision, portray professional example to personnel and trade, communicate corporate successes and strategies to all levels within account(s)
