  • Develop content with a sense of urgency in collaboration with key stake holders and subject matter experts for messaging strategies, product content, thought leadership, webinars, white papers, social media, infographics, customer case studies, landing pages, video and other marketing collateral
  • Support ad-hoc request for various pieces of copy or content
  • Supervise content creation teams (internal, contractors, freelancers or other external resources); ensure timely resolution of issues and oversee integration of new contributors
  • Leverage market data to develop content themes/topics that educate customers and other target audiences
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency
  • Strong project management and verbal communication skills—ability to multi-task and prioritize, own and drive a project schedule from start to finish, including managing lateral influence and cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, clinical team and external influencers to produce relevant content that builds awareness and drives demand for our products and services
  • Develop a deep understanding of each persona’s buyer’s journey and write relevant content that speaks to our customers at each phase (awareness, consideration, decision, post sale). Utilize and re-purpose existing content from all sources as part of this process
  • Build and manage a rich content editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, info graphics and more)
