  • Provide support to maintain service levels for the organization by providing escalated troubleshooting for IAM related issues not handled by the Operations team
  • Provide critical review, training, and guidance to further the IAM skills and understanding of team members across the BT community, with a priority on building the capability of the IAM security team
  • Provide key contribution and review for required project deliverables in accordance with GxP regulations
  • Participate on the research and selection of new IAM related technologies
  • Drive and provide sign-off on Physical/logical architecture
