  • Place welcome amenities (item to be determined) in all rooms prior to arrival
  • Oversees activities associated with the Management Review Committee (MRC) and other high-visibility interest programs
  • Relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community and be aware of the community’s resources
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department for new hire arrivals in or order to prepare new hire amenities and arrival experience
  • Ensure cleanliness of all new hire apartments prior to new hire arrivals
  • Ensure that all the preventive maintenance, work orders and assignments are carried out in timely and cost effective manners
