  • Developing, implementing and managing compliance programs to ensure WDC and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners comply fully with all applicable trade laws
  • Ensuring that WDC’s products and related technologies, including those with encryption capabilities, are properly classified under the EAR and that the Company obtains U.S. Government classification determinations of these items as required or appropriate
  • Together with the Ethics & Compliance team, managing Ethics & Compliance policies and ensuring policies are properly disseminated and communicated across the organization
