  • Build partnerships with in-country compliance officers, business, and functional stakeholders to assist in the implementation and enhancement of the company’s global compliance program
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the company’s values and ethical standards are emphasized, communicated, and integrated; providing training where appropriate
  • Provide advice and interpretation on the company’s code of conduct, compliance policies, relevant health industry regulations, and industry codes
  • Management of program scope, agreements, and project plan
  • Monitor deliverables on an ongoing basis by evaluating progress and quality of tasks and deliverables, managing issue resolution and risk mitigation as necessary
